Why did I leave a brokerage I was with for more than a decade and make the move to eXp Realty?
In this video, I share the real reasons behind my decision to switch brokerages after 11–12 years. This wasn't about drama, conflict, or a bad company. In fact, my previous brokerage was a good brokerage with good people. But after carefully evaluating my business, my goals, and the future of real estate, I realized it was time for a change.
